Karukera 2009 “Select Casks” is made from a blend of aged rums from a small number of oak barrels carefully selected by the cellar master. After patiently aged to perfection in Cognac barrels in Sainte-Marie’s cellars, this old traditional rum is bottled in small batch at its natural level of the drum and unfiltered cold for the great taste of this rum. Naturally rich and perfectly balanced, Karukera 2009 is distinguished by the imprint of the volcanic soil of Sainte-Marie and know- how of Karukera rum’s making.
